  • AI-accelerated engineering delivery: Leverage Claude Code in the primary development environment across full lifecycles — architecture, implementation, code review, root-cause debugging, and production log monitoring — for every project below.

  • Article Source Attribution (ASA) & automation infrastructure.: Designed and built, from webhook proof-of-concept through production hardening, a Redis-backed service that tracks parent/child relationships across the Knowledge Center content tree, eliminating recursive Contentstack Management API traversal for every consuming worker. Runs continuously in production behind six downstream automations and a scheduled Redis-rebuild cron job.

  • Production BullMQ job workers: Built and operate four automation workers running against every publish event, across all locales, on Airbnb's Knowledge Center and Help Center: title automation, metadata inheritance, workflow-stage automation, and content cloning — each processing live article trees of up to 200 descendant entries.

  • Compliance & governance reporting pipelines: Shipped three scheduled, production-cron reporting CLIs (SOX-governed article snapshot/audit, Contentstack user-role compliance audit, KC daily audit log) that write directly to Google Sheets, replacing what had been manual compliance evidence-gathering.

  • Content cloning platform: Delivered a full article-tree cloning feature — root article plus every descendant, remapped and made independent — from MVP through seven tracked production-hardening milestones, including atomic rollback on partial failure and cross-locale clone deletion.

  • Callaway Golf's travismathew.com: As the project's Contentstack Subject Matter Expert: Design modular, highly customizable application architecture within the Contentstack headless CMS capable of supporting multiple, regionally based versions of a Next.js web application. Develop a custom React component for use throughout the site which optimizes image retrieval from Contentstack's image delivery API, while also leveraging Next.js native image optimization as a fallback for images sourced from other domains. Hand off code which uses Contentstack Content Delivery API for entry fetching to the project's development team in order to expedite their workflow. Create extensive and robust technical documentation that details the Contentstack model and its intended use within the application UI. Lead meetings with client stakeholders in order to procure sign off on development work which will depend those technical documents.
